Sexy singer Jennifer Lopez seemed to be able to sleep a little more calm this evening, after a judge banned her hot video with her ex-husband Ojani Noa circulated.
The judge also forbade Noa to use the legacy of J-Lo in the past, when they were married in the 1990's, as quoted from Zimbio, Wednesday (2/12/2009).
"It is forbidden to publish the video hot for whatever reason, wherever, whenever, however, without a court order. If they do that, then they will be jailed," said Judge James Chalfant told Us Magazine.
However, this ban is only temporary, the article Noa's attorney filed an appeal and was not satisfied with the decision.
Previously, Lopez's first husband tried to find buyers who are interested to get the exclusive rights of their honeymoon hot video.
Feeling annoyed with this, Lopez then appealed to the court to issue a ban on the circulation of the video.
According to him, the video is very detrimental to him. Evidently, he had lost the contract for the release of the film leakage.
